We consider a problem that describes the motion of viscous incompressible and heat-conducting micropolar fluids in bounded domain \begin{document}$ \Omega \subset \mathbb{R}^3 $\end{document}. We use an iterative method to analyze existence, uniqueness, regularity solutions. also determine convergence rates several norms.
